Haywire’s Spring & Summer Menu has arrived!
Haywire is celebrating the warmer weather with new, seasonal menu items featuring the freshest local ingredients from Texas farms. The most flavorful, made from scratch Southern menu just got a lot more exciting. Spring & Summer-inspired dishes like Texas Ceviche, a vibrant mix of redfish, Gulf shrimp, heirloom tomatoes, fresh chiles, annatto sauce and crisp corn chips, were made for enjoying on the patio under clear blue skies during the day, or on those relaxing starlit nights.
Fine-dining meets true Texas home cooking with the new 11-oz. Flat Iron Steak, finished with tangy cilantro-lime butter, pickled heirloom tomato relish, and a balsamic glaze. Haywire’s steaks are full of flavor, sourced from local Texas ranches, and pair perfectly with a bottle of wine from their extensive 400+ wine list, which has been awarded the “Wine Spectator Award of Excellence” for its diverse selection of quality producers.
Brunch just got even better with the addition of two new refreshing brunch cocktails. Spice things up with the Cucumber Jalapeño Refresher made with 21 Seeds Cucumber Jalapeño Tequila, lime, simple syrup and Richard’s Sparkling Rainwater. Or cool down with a Pomegranate Spritz. Handcrafted with La Pinta Pomegranate Agave Liqueur, honey, tangy lime, orange bitters and Richard’s Sparkling Rainwater, this is one cocktail worth raising a glass to.
